Delivery has been good and our dog seems to enjoy the joint chews. I think she is a little less stiff than she was so I think they are doing her good.

Very please with the product and the positive affect it has had on our family dog. Only criticism would be that we joined up for monthly deliveries and ended up without the product for 2+ weeks which was very frustrating but also showed us how well it was working! Hopefully we won’t experience this again 🤞

Product seems good, but had to chase subscription, as not dispatched at expected time and had actually run out before the delivery made.

I give this 4 stars because I was not able to see my beloved Rocky’s health improve, because he had a lot of health issues that came on quickly and he crossed the rainbow bridge within a few months. I will give 5+ stars for customer service, as they have been nothing but helpful from the very beginning; they were prompt, compassionate, and kind with all communication. When we bring another fur child into our lives again, I will be providing Pet Lab supplements. Thank you for everything! Gayle, Rocky’s Mom

I'm sending a other review because my last one I gave a 1 star for never getting an invoice and thinking it was a scam. I didn't think to check spam 😟. It was there. I gotthe product today and 2 of my 3 dogs like them. I didn't know they were pork flavored, they're used to chicken, Turkey and beef. So maybe the one just needs to aquire a taste for it. I really hope this works. Thank you PetLab

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered the itch relief chews three weeks ago. I was really looking forward to receiving the product as I hoped it would help my dog baby. I received an order this past week. Petlab sent me an order of Joint Relief- not at all what I had ordered. I called the customer service number and was on hold for over 5 minutes. I then emailed Petlab and received a message that they would respond within 48 hours. They have not replied as yet. I am furious that this company has ripped me off and taken advantage of the coronavirus crisis to just send me any product and not even reply to me. 0 as a company and 0 for no customer service.
