I spent a lot of money trusting in this product to work. On 5 dogs that won't let me brush their teeth, it did NOT work and I used it as directed. I was so disappointed. One dog even needed her teeth pulled due to a bad infection.

Ordered this for months now and one of the bottles came with rock hard 'chews' that were stuck inside the container. The second time it happened, I asked for a refund. After sending in images 3 times, I was sent a 'replacement' product. Which showed up, you guess it, hard as a rock and stuck in the container. When attempting to again ask for a return and to stop sending the product itself, the email address for contact kept bouncing back as 'undeliverable." Very disappointed in the product consistency and service. There is some great info online on how to improve your dogs gut health. Do that instead.

The Wild Caught Salmon Bites treats used to be great. They were a darker tan color and slightly soft and moist, you could easily pinch and crumble them. The last batch I received was rock hard and inedible, and also a lighter color with dark spots mixed in. I wrote to customer service and sent photos and they sent a new order. Unfortunately, the replacement order was just as bad. Also, there used to be expiration dates on the bags, but both recent deliveries don't have one. The company was easy to work with on the replacement and ultimate refund and cancelation of my subscription, but the product quality and consistency is a big issue.

This is nothing but a scam I tried contacting them on the phone and waited 45 minutes each time and still no answer tried contacting them on the website and it don't exist. I would not recommend buying from these people it's nothing but a scam and they keep charging your credit card and there's no way to get in touch with them so call your credit card company and cancel them or they'll keep charging you

Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service! I have simply been trying to update my shipping frequency. It is not possible to complete this request on the website. I lost track of how many times I tried. The customer service phone number is bogus; nobody answers. As of yesterday, I waited on hold for close to 30 minutes. The canned response to my email did not address my questions. Does the product work? I'll never know. I'm forced to call my credit card company to stop payment. Unfortunate.

Didn't make any difference, whatsoever to my German Shepherd. Pretty expensive as well. Still had bad stomach and still itching like mad. Tried these for a few months.

I ordered the pro brightness product for my dogs and thought to put it on a subscription since their teeth looked like it might take awhile for the product to work. They simply did not eat any food that the product was sprinkled onto. Unfortunately, I forgot about the subscription. When the next shipment arrived, I got on their website to request a return. That was on March 14. Now, 10 days later, and no return email with details, I called customer support. I was on hold for 45 minutes and had to leave a voice message in the hopes I might get a return call. The automated message said that I would only get one call so, should I not be available when/if that call happens, I would have to go through this horrible process again.
