I seem to be among a huge number of people who love the products...but never get them . Or get too many of one and none of the others ordered. I finally reached out by phone and spoke to Jennifer who was incredibly helpful and understanding. But, to date STILL NO PRODUCTS have arrived. It’s difficult to try and continue doing business with this company. I am invoked with a large a Golden Retriever Rescue...but can no longer recommend them because of the terrible delivery and ordering “service”or lack thereof.

After a small hiccup initially, the order went smoothly. Delivery was timely and the product was as described. Time will tell if the product was worth it.

Would have given a five but their shipping times are unfortunately terrible. Signed up for a monthly renewal to save additional $$. They automatically took a payment from my account but I didn't receive their product! Had to call and they said they would expedite, which was a 3-5 business day delivery. Their auto renewal is a joke, you should have your merchandise on or before they take it out of your account! Everyone deserves a second chance, which I've done, so if it happens again, I'll be through with them...

I am giving my girl the itch chews. It helps. She hasn’t stopped the scratching completely but so much better. The hair on her legs was gone It is back. She is so much happier and so am I.

The Joint Chews are phenomenal. I can see the difference in how my 12-year-old miniature dachshund moves - she plays again, loves walks and is obviously much happier. The only challenge I faced with Petlab was the subscription. I somehow ended up with two subscriptions, so I received two packages of Chews in one month. I emailed to cancel the subscription since my dog only needs one package a month and somehow ended up with two more packages. I called and received a recorded message that, due to COVID, no one could take my call. Completely understandable, so I emailed the customer service email to cancel. A few days later I received an email saying that address was no longer available, and I was charged for yet another package. So I called again and the recording gave me a different number to call and leave a message for someone to call me back. I never received a call. Long story long, I was charged for five packages in two months and I'm not sure if I even have a subscription anymore. It would be nice if there was a simple option on the site to either hold your subscription for a month or cancel without having to email or call anyone.
