I am extremely frustrated, hurt, and angry with this store. On September 7th, I placed two orders on their website. My bank, Banco Pichincha, officially confirmed and certified that the money was fully debited and successfully transferred to them. At first, their customer service actually acknowledged the issue and promised me a refund. But then, everything turned into a nightmare. They changed their story, started giving me excuses, and now they completely deny receiving my payment, leaving me with empty hands and out of my hard-earned money. I have spent weeks trying to communicate with them, begging for a solution, but they simply do not care about their customers. To make matters worse, this whole mess even triggered unauthorized charges on my credit card right after using their platform (thankfully, my bank’s fraud department managed to resolve that specific credit card issue, but the money they took from my debit account remains stolen). They have put me through so much stress and anxiety. They are playing with my money and my time. DO NOT BUY HERE. Save yourself the heartbreak and the financial loss. They are completely disorganized, untrustworthy, and their customer service is a total sham. I am currently filing an international Visa chargeback dispute to get my money back from these thieves. STAY AWAY!

if I could write a zero, I would first of all they're sizing is wrong and they sent me water in a tube and there is no way to get your money back

Paid $167.91 for a 4 ml decant of vintage Shalimar. Received a single 1 ml vial. The remaining 3 ml were not in the package. Two emails to customer service have gone unanswered. The phone line has been busy on every attempt across multiple days. I have ordered from The Perfumed Court in the past without issue, which makes the current silence harder to understand. I am not asking for anything beyond what I paid for: either the missing 3 ml or a refund. Filed a PayPal dispute today. Posting here because the reviews suggest public documentation is the only thing that prompts a response from this company. That should not be how a business of this tenure operates.

Very deceptive website. The price is outrageous. I purchased my perfume in Germany last month and it is legit . Shame on you

I've order 4 or 5 times from the perfumed court, but this time my order never came. Today I called and left a message about not getting my order. And I went back to website and now I've been banned from the site. If something goes wrong and you attempt to be made whole you will be banned.

Awful - no product, no customer service, no return calls, no return emails, no refund! Has been a month and nothing from them.

October 2022 Horrible smell. All 3 samples I received smelled like a chemical! I bought 3 designer samples and I know the smell is way off. Will “never” but from there again
