I recommend «  the perfect work out ». I like d the staff, the spirit and I definitely saw results pretty fast. I cannot wait to return !

I have worked out for most of my adult life and even was a body builder 40 years ago. Over the course of the past decade, I let my busy professional career get in the way of staying in shape -- so, I decided to check out The Perfect Workout and I was glad I did. This is really the perfect workout for me -- very effective, only 20 minutes, conveniently located and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend :)

So far, so great! Matthew is a great trainer. I am already, after 5 (?) sessions, feeling a huge difference in my fitness and well-being. Looking forward to where I will be this time next year!

I can tell you that Perfect Workout IS THE BEST -- the Workout is the machines -- and -- the Perfect is the trainers!! They are always so knowledgeable and thorough and encouraging -- and -- just Perfect! I have been going to PW for FIVE YEARS, and I have never stayed with any program that long -- ever. I am 80 years old -- and I would not -- not -- be enjoying the life that I have without my Perfect Workout trainers. They asked me recently three things that I think are in my life now that I am at PW -- 1. Balance -- I am so positive that my work has given me a balance that "older" people don't always have. 2. Walking -- I do not need a cane (or even a walker!) and I do not "waddle" when I walk -- I walk straight and tall -- and far!! 3. Dance -- I can still dance, not as I did in High School, but still good!! And that is important. My best friend joined PW when I did, and she has to drive 35-45 minutes to get here -- and neither of us ever miss (unless out of town!). PERFECT WORKOUT IS THE BEST!!! THE BEST!!!!

A great way to get toned without even feeling like you’re working out, 20 minutes goes by very fast, so I know with my full schedule this is sustainable long term, love it!

Only been going for 2 weeks, but so far the experience has been good. My trainer is wonderful and makes sure I don’t hurt my already injured neck and back. I’m sure my rating will go up once I start getting results.

The workout is slow but the time in goes very fast. In a very short time (just several weeks, two times per week, 20 minutes a session), I’m already toner with a lot more definition. This is a great workout for really busy folks. In my case, I’m retired so I have the time just not the attention span. So it’s perfect for me too. The best part is the instructors. They are one on one and they track your progress both in weight and time. My instructor Cam is the best of the best. She’s very knowledgeable, patient and always prepared to gently nudge me to the next level. It is not cheap but it is the first program I’ve found that gets results so quickly and without tedium.

Complete workout with individual training and constant motivation with attention paid to my form and ability.
