Ordered some PVC patches for our unit. Communication was quick and helpful. Took a little longer than I hoped (about a month, through the July 4th holiday), but once shipped, arrived within a few days. The patches were well done. Sturdy stitching, velcro backing, and molded very well. Also great colors and detailing. Would not hesitate ording again. Thanks Brian!

Great communication, patches were great quality. Would order from again.

Smooth process. The patches were just what I was looking for. I have recommended The Patchio to others.

Recieved patches with no velcro backing, fortunate enough they resent me the product with velcro backings but the thread around the patch that holds the velcro, you could see that the work was rushed and not accurately sowed... I went to my local shop and they did it 100% accurate for me with the bigger needle which is not meant to be used for this patch... but it worked out much better then patchio. I've looked everywhere for the order number and didnt find it anywhere.. contact me direct and ill provide you with my email details. Its the good guys patches

If I could give 10 stars I would. Gave Brian S a picture I wanted as a patch and he made it perfect, was relatively quick due to it being custom piece. Price was great. 100% would do business with them again

After filling out the online request I was quick to recieve a reply with a quote and ideas. They were easy to work with and replied to any email quickly. Very responsive. I recieved the order and it was exactly as we wanted.

The patches I ordered were amazing quality. The shipping was fast, and the customer service is top notch. Will order again

Amazing customer service and quick response time. Able to meet my deadline when no one else could. Definitely will be giving them all my future business
