i was looking to have actual embroidered custom patches to complete a project. I had researched many places online and based on many factors decided to us thepatchio I am very happy i did the whole process was very easy and thorough, the rep I worked with was great and had the digital proofs made and sent to confirm very quickly and he was able to add in some custom text to the original artwork presented. The patches look to be of high quality and not just embroidered edges on screen printed vinyl like some other sellers the price was reasonable considering the work and size of the patches and only a small order. I would recommend and would use their service again should i need more custom embroidered patches

I had a great experience. Brian was very responsive when communicating, especially the different changes I had with the proofs to the coin design. Coins came out great and was reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with The Patchio for a custom patch order. The entire process was incredibly streamlined from start to finish. Their team communicated clearly throughout the design and production process, making sure every detail was correct before moving forward. The turnaround time was impressively fast, and the quality of the finished patches exceeded my expectations. Their pricing was very fair, especially considering the level of customer service and attention to detail they provided. If you're looking for a company that's easy to work with, responsive, reasonably priced, and delivers high-quality custom patches quickly, I would highly recommend The Patchio

I tried to have my project made locally. I got the run-around, excuses, unreturned calls. So I looked about online and found Patchio, along with many good reviews. I contacted them and explained what I was trying to have created. I sent 4 or 5 different pictures describing what I liked in each patch and what I didn't. Brian was patient, understanding, he listened carefully, and he designed the perfect patch for our vests. He sent plenty of proofs and then a photo of a production proof and only when he was sure I like the design did he get the lot made. He was fast. I mean twice as fast as locals were quoting at about the same price. Every patch is perfect. The colors. The threads. The design. The quality. All top notch work. They came securely packaged. I could not be happier and I will definitely use Patchio again in the future.

Happy with the challenge coins i ordered for our department annual meetup. Daniel helped me from the sketch to final product with patience. Pricing was very good compared to other sellers online. Total recommended to others

Very happy with the challenge coins I ordered from Patchio, Brian was a lot of help whilst dealing with all the small changes i wanted to make. Would recommend.

The Patchio company performed an excellent job creating the requested patches. The company was patient with my requests, sent digital samples, and shipped the patches in a convenient timeframe. The patches made, were professionally crafted and the envy of all who saw them.
