I ordered Theory11 cards through a third-party seller, and when they arrived, I noticed the print quality was terrible—uneven designs, and some cards were completely misaligned. Reaching out to the third-party seller didn’t help at all. So, I contacted Theory11 directly with a brief inquiry, and within minutes, they confirmed a replacement shipment! Truly outstanding service—quick, efficient, and customer-focused. Highly recommended!

Promised an "Elite Program card" which has never arrived. I have bought quite a few card decks from this company, but I probably won't be buying many more. Newby card collectors beware. Theory 11 cards will never appreciate in value. They have never produced a guilded deck, as far as I know. I could be wrong, but your money is better spent elsewhere in the card collecting world. Just my opinion. !!!!!!!!! UPDATE !!!!! Christen from Theory 11 reached out to me and explained some of the issues with the postal service delays of my Elite Card. I'm updating my review and want to say I am extremely happy with the way my concern was handled. Thanks again for the call Christen and I will continue to collect your awesome cards.

Firstly the playing cards are beautiful. I bought 3 decks, my surprise favourite was the Star Trek Dark Edition. I had to contact customer support about something and they exceeded my expectations: they were prompt and polite and delivered the best possible resolution for me.
