If I could give -5 I would have. Absolute nightmare. Never received my order , seller not communicating at all just ignores you. 3 weeks from ordering still waiting, contacted my bank for refund. They give you fake tracking, also bank statement shows India not UK! Stay clear from this fraudulent company

As with what everyone said. Curtains arrived from India. Cheaply/poorly made, not the material it stated it was. The moment I flag the issue, I got no response via email. Do not purchase an item from here.

Ordered curtains from this store. Was terrified after I came across this page and thought my money is gone. Was starting to think about options to recover my money. But I was surprised to see the package at my doorstep and was pleasantly surprised when I found that the quality was top notch. Ordered another set for my son's room. In case someone is skeptical, please order samples first.

Completely fraudulent company. I hope you've read these reviews before ordering and not the ones on their website. It is actually an Indian company, shipping took weeks and the fabric that arrived was polyester and not '100% merino wool' at all. After contacting the company on multiple platforms about the item not arriving they eventually got back to me with some bogus story about a fire. Thank goodness I only ordered a sample.

Terrible Company!!! BEWARE!! I ordered blackout fabric from them, advertised to completely block out light. After several weeks it came from India, and was not Blackout at all - light shines right through it. They had promised prepaid label for return, if defective. But, after you buy, they won't respond by email or chat - completely ignoring my requests to return it, since it wasn't as advertised. Since they completely lost my trust, I now doubt that it was OEKO-Tek certified. Oh, and the positive review that you see was written by the owner himself. So, I got scammed.

Scam! Never delivered. Sent text saying was delivered. Will not reply. Paid thru PayPal hopefully money will be reimbursed.. Avoid this fake company

Before ordering they responded quickly. Tried cancelling the item before shipping but was ignored. Item was delivered but I was away and returned to them. They are now not responding to emails to either deliver the product or provide me with a refund. AVOID.
