I purchased a Lame Horse gitjo online from North American Guitar. I used the “live chat” option to receive information about the instrument that I was interested in and the chat representative was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Easy website, delivery was very fast, goods came well packaged. Had a little online chat with someone who just came across as genuinely enjoying working there.

Great on price (relative to other suppliers). The fact that my amp was not in stock should have been flagged up. It took five weeks to come in. Once in it was promptly delivered.

Very Helpful and knowledgable.

I bought my second guitar, the Bunting Spiro and it is wonderful. I cannot fault the service. They are an excellent company to deal with.
