Well.... I ordered a capo pouch for my McKinney Elliott capo. The pouch is the old style no longer sold through McKinney Elliott. It took considerably longer than expected to arrive. The supplier maybe IDK. The correct item did eventually arrive with an apology for the extended time delivery. As I am still waiting on a back ordered capo it is no harm no foul. Thanks people , R/

Excellent Customer Service This was my first guitar from The North American Guitar and I am impressed. Not only did they have the somewhat unusual guitar I wanted in stock, but their processing and shipping was super fast. I ordered the guitar 8 days before Christmas and selected the least expensive shipping option. Even so, the guitar shipped out immediately and I had it well before the holiday. The guitar itself was immaculate as one would expect. I would definitely do business with them again.
