The North American GuitarReviews of thenorthamericanguitar.com

I would highly recommend North American Guitar . A knowledgeable and friendly staff. Many thanks !

Excellent in all respects. Service level and communication was superb; my guitar arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Would love to buy another from TNAG.

From start to finish the experience was as professional as it gets. I was contacted regularly about the guitar that was being built for me and the managing partner Kim Sherman was fantastic. She was patient, professional and courteous at each step. Can’t say enough about this company. A+++

The guitar is exceptional, as advertised. The video was a huge help in making the decision since visiting in person wasn’t possible. And the set-up is top notch. It’s a pleasure to do business with a truly special guitar merchant that cares.

Great to deal with - quick and swift deal - still very nice in helping out with the right spec of the SCGC VA. Will return.

Excellent customer service !!!!!! Awesome guitar. Will do business again.

very good shop and good service！

I have been a regular visitor to the TNAG website for quite some time....not only do I enjoy watching the superb videos on the site, but I have also engaged in a number of online conversations via the Chat function on the site with Kim, Richard and Jordan. It was inevitable that I would add to my guitar collection with a purchase from TNAG, which I have just done, with a new slope-shoulder Maestro guitar. I am delighted to be part of the TNAG family and look forward to continuing my relationship with the very caring and knowledgeable people in the company.
