ThenordstickIn 2020, Garrett founded The Nordstick with one goal: to make effective, physical-therapist–engineered equipment accessible to everyone. As a physical therapist, he has seen too many people get injured simply because they lacked the right tools. Our goal is to give you those tools and the confidence to use them so you can take control of your health and performance from home. Now, our flagship product is the NordBench Pro: a multi-purpose nordic bench that lets home gym enthusiasts get commercial-grade lower body workouts at home without the hefty price tag.

I love the compact size for my limited space. Provides versatility without a ton of equipment. Have the leg attachment, it added even more versatility and allows for heavy work.
