Ordered February 16 now it’s may 19th…
Ordered February 16 now it’s may 19th kept getting updates stating it would ship in 2 weeks, cool. After the third 2 week period nothing, so I filed a credit card dispute. Next thing I know there’s a tracking number, so I cancel the dispute. However, what shipped is the free gift worth about $10 not the nordbench pro I paid $470 for. Now I have to call customer service to reopen the dispute or file another claim. Edit: a week after the free gifts the unit showed up with no tracking provided or update given. More of a customer service issue with not providing updates on delays.
