From the beginning, there were mistakes made. First was the editing. It came to me proofreading and wording did not flow, punctuation was incorrect and one of the pages was double printed. It took 3 weeks to complete the corrections. I had 3 different project managers. I never got all the platforms I was promised. The SEO was never finished and there were many additional issues. Now the phones are dead, same with the email. I have received NO royalties. There is no contact available to finish marketing my book. There were many more issues and now I must pay more money for another publisher to finish my first book. This started from April 19th till they went dark mid July. ( the March 2024 review is not me)

I got okay feedback, and editing. BUT when it came to actually following through with planed things nothing basically happened. I wanted only one preview of my printed out book. Instead of giving me a timeline on delivery they seemed like they lied about it every time. I was told two weeks, then one week, one more week finally the last thing I planned to do was wait to a certain date they gave me but nothing still came! They did not share the tracking information, showed me pictures on its whereabouts nor listened to me! The only thing they mainly did was keep asking about upgrading in the company business to sell my book without me seeing the test copy of it

I was promised a refund over a week ago for canceling my contract in 3 days for not receiving the goods and service promised . I’ve not gotten a refund yet - nor is it pending per my bank. I read someone else never received their refund either . If simply just want to publish a book to publish book- then they will make that happen but if you want to tell your story in a powerful way to reach readers . Don’t use them

The WORST AI drawings I’ve ever seen even AFTER I specifically asked for no AI. Then I asked for a refund approximately 4 months ago and they assured it was coming, but have yet to receive anything. DO NOT USE THEM

American Book Service claims to have no connection to this company. It gives no legal rights to use the American Book Service name unless it tries to dodge its responsibilities. I entered a book publishing deal with the company mentioned above. This company has no experience and maybe experimenting with publishing or looking for a quick buck. I had to correct many mistakes this so-called company made. I finally gave up and demanded a full refund, and I am waiting for it. Anyone who uses a name from another legal name without their permission is encroaching on their rights as a person or business. This business admitted that it does not edit books. This operation is based in India, which should raise a big RED FLAG. India may be a beautiful place to visit, but the government does nothing about scamming professionals in that country.
