It is an amazing online shop and a hidden treasure for anyone seeking the best gift option for a friend, a partner or a relative. Everything made with care and thought.

I ordered a customized music box as a gift, and it turned out amazing! The design was beautiful, and the song I chose played perfectly. It felt very personal and special, and my friend loved it so much. The process was easy, and it arrived on time. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a thoughtful gift!

I honestly cannot say enough about The Music Box Store! What first impressed me was their amazing customer service! I must have sent over 50 emails with questions and requests! And each and every one was pleasantly answered almost immediately. It was just really nice to deal with such a helpful and knowledgeable customer service rep :) Joanna seriously went above and beyond and I am so appreciative. After much consideration, I finally decided on the customizable music box and let me say that it did NOT disappoint! Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship and such a unique way to capture a special song or memory. I highly recommend this shop - there is a style and budget to suit everyone! Thank you so much for helping me create such a wonderful gift.

- The product took 34 days to arrive, missing our anniversary by 2 weeks - They refuse to give any sort of reimbursement - The music box looks nothing like the pictures and broke after a week of barely using it
