An absolute treasure
I ordered a 72 note music box from here as a valentines gift for my girlfriend. It took some time for the actual production of the music box, which is understandable given how much work went into customizing it, but if you understand that and order in advance of when you want it, then the final product is absolutely breathtaking and well worth the wait. Joanna was my point of contact throughout production and was extremely friendly, helpful, and was able to explain things to me in a way that made sense despite not knowing much about music or the mechanics of the music box production. Once produced, it shipped very fast, taking about 5 days to ship, while the production process took about half a year because I wanted a custom song that was a little more difficult to convert into a music box, but they were able to do it in the end. I can’t wait to give this gift to my girlfriend, it’s absolutely beautiful and something that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for a unique and meaningful gift, especially if you aren’t in a rush and have time to plan it out ahead of time, these guys can help make it perfect
