The music box is very nice and I really love it. Good job guys!

Honestly, don't bother. I ordered two boxes as presents but I'm too disappointed by how cheap they look. You can get the same quality from a £10 Amazon listing. To be fair, the quality is as much as you can expect from something produced & sent out from China (also makes for a ridiculously long wait for the delivery to arrive). Both my boxes had a faulty print as well, which thankfully meant that I could get my money back: after MUCH back and forth with the customer service, I insisted on my consumer right to have a clearly faulty product refunded. They tried everything from offering to replace the product instead (nope! never gonna order another product from them) to giving me 70% of my money back but in the end, they gave me my full refund. Cons: cheap products, faulty print, takes ages to arrive Pros: responsive customer service, got my refund in the end

I love the digital music box! I'm able to put my son's lullaby song with our photo and custom message for our son. This is a sentimental gift for us. Thank you!

Custom printed song is not accurate at all. Box broke within minutes and is not playing at all. The website does not show reviews left under 4 stars it seems, they are lying to their customers. Took a month to ship to my house and at that point it is past the time for a return. Waste of $100

Plays the melody beautifully and at a very ideal volume. Easy to avoid overwinding and the box itself has nice detail without being tacky.

Beautifully carved box! The music was so peaceful and a perfect thoughtful Christmas gift

Great communication and very helpful people! I recommend them for any of your geeky needs!

so disappointed . small, cheap, tacky looking, doesn't play properly . Contacted the company twice. Not even a reply. Don't waste your money.
