Great service by a very knowledgeable…
Great service by a very knowledgeable service technician. While he arrived a bit late as a result of traffic, and other service appointments that took longer than planned, he took his time on a late Saturday afternoon to get the job done properly. And even gave me his cell number in case I had any issues.

Intallation was defective
Intallation was defective, alarm went off constantly, low battery warning, no way to stop the phone calls, got 100 calls. Tech came back. Said he fixed it. Still not working, got 100 more calls for same problem. Tech is supposed to come again this week. We had this alarm installed 3 weeks ago, it has never worked, we had to turn it off, totally unprotected this whole time.

They did not caulk the hole they left…
They did not caulk the hole they left in our wall when they had to push the wire through the wall to the basement. Also I don’t have room on my cellphone for your app.. useless to me now

Really happy with The Monitoring Centre
I was really unhappy with my previous monitoring service so I called The Monitoring Centre and they came around yesterday to hook me up on their service. The installer Jose was amazing and had to do a lot of work to get it up to par for their system. I even have 4 moisture detectors hooked up and ready to detect any water ingress. All in all I am really happy and look forward to using their state of the art app to control my system.
