Hi Simon, thank you for your feedback! We’re delighted to hear you’re impressed with the quality of the case and hardware. The watch face setup can take a little getting used to initially, so it’s great to hear our support team was able to help you get everything working correctly, and even better that you’re now enjoying the full experience. Thank you for your support, and enjoy your setup. The Mod Projects Team

Hi Philip, thank you so much for this wonderful review! You’ve described exactly what we set out to create: the design, presence and feel of a traditional timepiece while keeping all the functionality that makes the Apple Watch so useful. We’re delighted that you’re enjoying both the case and the watch face collection. We’ll also make sure Claire sees your kind words. And the fact that you’ve already ordered a second Mod Case in stainless steel is one of the best compliments we could receive. Thank you for your trust and continued support! The Mod Projects Team

Hi Bill, thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re delighted to hear that the quality, presentation, and overall feel of your Mod Case made such a strong first impression. While we’re sorry about the issue with the screws, this is exactly where we believe customer service matters most. We’ll make sure Claire sees your incredibly kind word. Thank you as well for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make things right. We look forward to getting the replacement into your hands and, most importantly, onto your wrist!
