the delivery took way too long. Very disappointed that the face only lasts for one hour. I certainly didnt see any warning about that in the publicity.

Beware!! CHEAP and Customer service won’t help!! Please read my real review before thinking about purchasing! I don’t leave reviews but this is ridiculous! Apparently, “waiting to hear back from management” is a six-month process at The Mod Projects. I purchased one of their watch cases and wasn’t satisfied with the product. They agreed to a 75% refund, which sounded fair. The problem? They never actually sent it. Trying to make things easier, I even offered to forget the refund and simply accept a replacement case instead. Surely putting a watch case in a box and shipping it would be easier than dragging this out. Six months later, I have received nothing. Not a refund. Not a replacement. Just the same excuse over and over again: “I’m trying to follow up with management.” At this point, I have to wonder if “management” is an actual department or just a mythical place customers are sent when the company hopes they’ll eventually give up and go away. The most disappointing part isn’t the watch case. It’s the customer service. Mistakes happen. Products miss the mark. But making promises and then spending half a year avoiding the solution is unacceptable. If you’re considering buying from The Mod Projects, I hope you never have a problem with your order—because based on my experience, you’ll be waiting a very long time for someone to do what they already promised to do.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! It’s junk!!! This is not a regal product like they market. First… the watch case (because that’s all their selling you) is a clumpy gaudy looking chunk of whatever composite material they use. It’s not a good look. Second… the watch faces require you to download several apps or other products and they do not look like the real thing… you can get the same thing for free on your Apple Watch by downloading clockology and then using telegram to get the same designer faces. Third… bunch of bs to get a refund. They make you take pictures and you better have all the wrapping, plastics bags, etc.; after that now you have to go through their endless attempts to get you to take another partial refund option. This is after several days of waiting for responses (i suspect they’re trying to wear you down and possibly miss the return window). Bottom line… Stay Away!!! Junk!!! After reading the “apology”… I’m only more infuriated. Once someone says no to the partial refund option… that should be it. Not having to wait four days for the next round of refund options. If there was any legitimacy to what you wrote below you would have offered all options at once, or more appropriately, you have that listed in your refund section before someone makes the mistake of buying this crap! Again… junk! Stay away!!!

I placed an order (#MOD7981) for nearly €200 on April 12th. I realized shortly after that I had made a mistake (the gift recipient had a Garmin, not an Apple Watch), so I immediately emailed them to cancel. At first, customer service was responsive. Claire confirmed my cancellation on April 17th and told me my refund was being processed as a "priority." That was the last time they were actually helpful. Since then, it has been an absolute nightmare trying to get my money back. It has been over six weeks, and I am still waiting. Every time I ask for an update, I get a different, long-winded excuse: First, it was a "high volume of refund requests." Then, it was a "technical issue on the payment processor's side." Now, it's supposedly stuck in a "manually reviewed release batch" due to synchronization errors. Claire is very polite and constantly apologizes, but empty apologies don't put the money back in my account. She claims my case is being "escalated" and "actively monitored," but absolutely nothing happens. I have had to involve my bank to try and force a chargeback just to get my €198.90 back. This is incredibly poor customer service. If you buy from The Mod Projects and need to cancel or return an item, be prepared to fight tooth and nail for weeks on end to get your money back. Save yourself the stress and shop somewhere else.

Horrible customer service!!! I have purchased this watch band as it states it makes apple watch look like an AP. First thing I have an Apple Ultra 2 that is 49mm and when I put it into the case after receiving it, it was way too big to wear. Im a big guy and it looked ridiculous. Thought to myself, no biggie they state 90 day return and I can just return it... I contacted customer service and first they try to give you a discount to keep it, but it was way to big to keep. Then once they know you want to return they stop communicating. They do tell you that you need to send them pics of everything watch and all other items it comes with to see if they will give you a 100% refund or not. I sent pics in on March 25th. I received watch band March 24th and contacted customer service March 25th, its now May5th and I still dont know how to return the product. They will make you pay to ship it back! What company does that? This company is a scam..

I paid not only for the frame but also for the faces, and I didn’t get the faces nor the folder, and the support email doesn’t respond. The advertisement is not accurate.

I would to have loved to review your product, but I never received it. I was given the run around on why it wasn’t shipped for a month, I had to ask for a refund, with that even being an issue. I placed the order on Jan.21 and have been corresponding with a Clair, and I have the emails to back it up.

I've been trying to return the product for over a week and no one will get back to me. The watch face application is a scam. The faces pop on your screen for 10 seconds and then they are gone. I've seen numerous people complain about the same thing and I just wish I read the reviews prior to me buying it.
