Quality product
Really like the quality of the case and the care they put into it. As someone that will probably never allow myself to spend money on a luxury watch, this allows me to have something nice to wear in the office and still have the benefits of the Apple Watch. The customer service is excellent and I’m very pleased with my purchase.

One of our goals has always been to give Apple Watch users a premium, timeless look while keeping all the functionality they love, so it’s wonderful to hear it’s become the perfect watch for the office. We’re also grateful for your kind words about our customer service. Thank you for your trust and support. The Mod Projects Team

Beautiful watch, shipping sucks
As far as style goes, this watch is the best I’ve ever seen. The Apple Watch Mod Case has gotten me multiple compliments. In fact I like it so much when I got a new Apple Watch it came at 46mm so the first thing I did was buy a brand new one. The only negative thing about this is how long I have to wait for shipping. I ordered 3 weeks ago and still nothing. I even paid the extra $10 for faster shipping and nothing.

Hi Jesse, thank you so much for your continued support. It means a lot to hear that you loved your first Mod Case so much that you immediately ordered another one for your new Apple Watch. We’re thrilled it’s been getting you so many compliments. We’re very sorry your latest order has taken longer than expected, especially after choosing expedited shipping. While this isn’t the experience we aim to provide, we truly appreciate your patience. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number so we can review your shipment and make things right. The Mod Projects Team

Great product. Super slow delivery.
Buying process was OK, but it was much slower than I was expecting. Now the case is here, and it looks good. The accompanying watch faces are worthless, but the case is great.
Response from The Mod ProjectsJul 21, 2026

Got the watch case but the made receiving the faces impossible to load ;( I still don’t have them.
Response from The Mod ProjectsJun 15, 2026
Hi Mark, we’re sorry to hear that. The luxury watch faces are included with your purchase, and if you still don’t have access to them, something clearly went wrong during the delivery or setup process. This is usually resolved very quickly once our team can verify the email address used for the order. Please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll resend the folder, installation guide, and everything you need to get them working properly. We’re here to help. The Mod Projects Team

It’s pretty huge, bigger than expected, but very well made and an amazing concept, overall super experience. I’d buy again.
Response from The Mod ProjectsJun 7, 2026
Hi Alan, thank you for the great feedback, we’re really glad you enjoyed the overall experience and appreciated the craftsmanship. The larger presence on the wrist is definitely part of the design, but we completely understand it can feel bigger than expected at first. We’re happy to hear it won you over. Thank you again for your support, and we look forward to seeing you back. The Mod Projects Team

My order was messed up
My order was messed up. I received three of the same watchband replacement. I need to return two of them even though my order originally was for two but I received three much appreciated, but I don’t need three of the same watchband.
Response from The Mod ProjectsMay 29, 2026
Hi Michael, we’re sorry for the mix-up with your order. It sounds like an error occurred during fulfillment, and we understand why that would be frustrating. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and our team will help arrange the return of the extra bands and make sure everything is corrected. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The Mod Projects Team
