Hands down the best customer service I have received. Tom couldn't have been more patient, more knowledgeable and more helpful. Not being able to actually try any of the chairs available (remote area) He guided me through all of the issues that were most important to me in my search and was able to narrow it down to the right chair. Made the transaction super easy and checked in on me the entire time, even after the purchase. It is hard to find great customer service these days and Tom and The Modern Back went above and beyond to make this experience great.. I can't thank them enough.
