We really enjoyed the shopping and delivery service at The Modern Back Store! They have many different types of models from different vendors to try out! This is the place to go when looking for a massage chair!

Great price and great massage chair. I am thrilled.

The delivery was on time and the delivery people delivered the chair into the house with no problem. They were very helpful in opening a door that was stuck. Putting the chair together was quick and efficient. They knew whatey were doing. Their explanation of how the machine worked and how to use the remote was simple and accurate. The chair is now the highlight of our daily routine. Being in the house as a result of the Pandemic has increased our appreciation of the the massage chair in that it relaxes us and helps reduce the stress that evolves during the long stay in the house. One of the best purchases that we have made during our lifetime.

The staff was great letting me try everything I wanted and worked with me to narrow my choice down. I love the chair and am in it at least 4 days a week. I love it.

Outstanding product, sales, and delivery = great experience! Dan was really great to work with in the showroom and made this the easiest ‘yes’..ever. Charles and James were punctual, personable, polite, and professional. White Glove service indeed! They set up, cleaned up, and answered all of my questions. They clearly enjoy their work, and it shows. The chair...rounds out an awesome experience and I highly recommend Dan, Charles, and James as they made me one happy Modern Back customer.

Since we had the white glove service, which Covid-19 has completely changed the service. Although we had to wait an extra 7-10 days for delivery and set up of our chair, everyone at Modern Back were extremely helpful.

JP Medics Kumo This chair is amazing! It looks great but more importantly it feels great. So glad we didn’t settle for a lesser chair. Tom gave us a great price for a great product and was excellent to work with. Thanks again Tom and The Modern Back!

This chair has been amazing. Every function that we've used has brought us an additional level of comfort. The material is well made and looks great. My one regret is not pulling the trigger to buy this sooner. Customer service gave me great help in help in giving me suggestions for choices in my desired price range as well. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I will definitely continue to share my blessings.
