We were in search of a massage chair after returning a Kahuna chair directly from their website that wasn’t bad, it just didn’t meet our needs. I spoke with Dan over the phone and he was great to deal with. We spoke about what we needed and he helped me narrow down my choices to finally pick the Osaki Pro Maestro LE. We received the chair and it’s fantastic and we are very pleased. Dan reached out to make sure that we received the chair and cement my opinion that the Modern Back team has great customer service. Thanks team!

We are very happy our guidance led you to the excellent Osaki Maestro LE massage chair. It is a showroom favorite and remains one of the best chairs in the industry for deep-tissue massage and an outstanding foot massage. Thank you for your kind review.

I ordered Oskai Admiral chair for my mom as a Xmas gift. They offered very good advice on choosing which model since I am the first time buyer. They also offer very competitive price than Costco. At first I was a bit worried about the reliability of the store and the delivery. I am not sure if it was the Xmas season, the package came in a bit later than I expected. Owner Colin/Dan helped me to make some inquiry. Then it came. Both my mom and I love the chair. It is very easy to use and comfortable. The white glove team was also nice. I highly recommend this store and white glove delivery.

I am very satisfied with the sales process, delivery, assembly, and function. I called to check on a couple of matters (to press the top part of the foot rest to get your leg length assesment accurate, and to simply add a blanket between you and the chair to soften the massage) were answered promptly and effectively. Thank you!

When the first chair I ordered got lost in shipping, Modern Back helped find me a better chair with similar functions. The owner got involved and worked with me and made some pricing adjustments in my favor because of the frustrations with the first chair. The chair I received is the Ogawa active L, and it is a wonderful chair.

Thank you for your patience Eric and we are happy you are enjoying the Ogawa Active-L. It is a fully loaded chair and is very reliable. Enjoy your daily massage.
