I had a great experience at The Modern Back. I was looking for a massage chair as a gift for my husband. Colin, Dan and Matt all helped my husband and I find the perfect chair. We took our time trying every chair they had visiting several times. They had answered all of our questions, no pressure to buying any specific chair just honestly helping us find the right chair for us. The Modern Back carry the highest end massage chairs. Additionally, Charles who delivered and assembled the chair was extremely polite and patient while my husband and I decided on the perfect spot to place the chair. The delivery showed up on time, everything was assembled, the chair was tested and they answered all of our questions. The delivery was a truly pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this great team.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE both chairs we’ve bought from the great Modern Back team in Sarasota. Lift chair and massage chair. We regret the lazy boy lift chair we had already bought and it is in pristine condition since we don’t use it. Have ordered a 2nd lift chair from Modern Back and know the backlog is long but can’t wait to get it. The massage chair is an incredible luxury i wish I’d bought years ago.
