Awesomeness

The chair works as intended. No issues - we paid extra for the white glove delivery and it was worth every penny. I do at least 30 minutes of massage every day.

Love this chair! We are very happy with the purchase. Our bodies are even happier; my gawd who knew a chair could be this good. My experience with Modern Back was maybe the single best online purchase experience ever. Tanya was responsive, had answers or found them promptly followed up when she said she would and was an enormous help in the decision to buy. Do your own research if you like then call or chat with her, you wont be sorry. Cant say enough about the help I received. Thanks Tanya!

Excellent massage chair with all the bells and whistles....1 month in and no problems.

Absolutely love our new chair. Awesome installation and service. So glad we found out about modern back

I had a phenomenal experience during my purchase of a massage chair from Modern Back. Tanya at Modern Back did an amazing job answering all my questions and going over the features of the massage chair I was interested in. She was also quick to price match the chair from another website and processed my order as fast as one can. I received my massage chair within 10 days after placing an order. Couldn't have asked for a better service experience. A+ service!

Great service and people. Help navigate you through a confusing product space

I did a lot of research to find the best Massage Chair. I found it in the Lauraco i9 Custom Medical Massage Chair. Then I looked at as many retailers I could and picked "The Modern Back", in Boynton Beach, FL. I got the best price there. Customer Service was excellent. I was told I wouldn't receive my chair until early February. I purchased in November, 2021. I received the chair on February, 8th. I could not be more satisfied how this purchase went. I watched every video I could find on the Lauraco i9 chair and many other high-end Massage Chairs. It took a couple of months to research as many Massage chairs as possible. I am certain I made the right purchase. I have had the chair for three days now. WOW, what a massage chair. If you are in the market for the best Massage Chair made, watch as many Lauraco i9 Massage Chair videos you can to see how these chairs are made and what materials are used.
