I never got my order. I sent two emails with no response. I feel like you took my money

Hello Kim, We responded back to you letting you know that we had some issues with you order due to tariffs. I see your order has been shipped and you should receive it within the next 1-3 days. You can have the product and I’ve given you a full refund. We’re not here to take anyone’s money in fact we give 20% away to charity as well. Please know that it’s just two of us trying to sort this out. I apologize for the inconvenience

Hello, we ran into tariff issues that pushed out deliveries back a few weeks but you should receive your miswak sticks in the next couple of days. If you don’t I’d be happy to give you a full refund if you contact us at [email protected]. We’re two people trying to sort everything out!

Bad taste & splinters
Leaves bad taste in your mouth and splinters everywhere. Also shipping took a month and is expensive.

Sorry it wasn't what you expected, and that shipping took so long. The fibers that come loose when you chew are the miswak's natural bristles. Trimming the tip and soaking it in water for a few minutes makes them much softer. The taste is naturally earthy and slightly peppery, and most people get used to it within a few days. worth the wait
worth the wait. agreeably it doesn’t have the fastest delivery time but the customer support updated me throughout the process and the quality i received doesn’t disappoint me
