Patrick, we're sorry. You paid and didn't get your miswaks, and that's on us. A batch of our August and September orders was held up in shipping, and we've since fixed how we ship. We're sorry your August 9 order took this long. That isn't the experience we want for anyone. Some August orders were delayed or returned by USPS. Hey Taylor, We apologize for the delay. We had some issues with tariffs that delayed many of our shipments and also had a lot of them returned by USPS. We have re-shipped your items and you should receive them within the next few days.
