I was scammed by this company. I wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with them, even aside from hosting. Hosting is slow and awful. Support is a joke and they tell you nothing. Their staff team is very rude and seem like they don't even speak fluent English and have terrible grammar. I'd suggest staying as far away from this company as you possible can. Use any other host besides this one.

It is really good hosting, for that price. I bought 4gb server for just 21dollars(3 months). And I dont even get lags. Only downside is that you cant really setup any vip/premium payments without enjin.

They disappeared the day after I paid for an annual account. Ridiculous

I have another update for all you good people out there and would like to warn you against this company. They just confirmed that they are out to scam you. Support Team I HATE YOUR MUM MacWhinny so are you saying you have suspended my account after i asked for a refund and it was all just a scam? Support Team yes MacWhinny thank you for that. I'll be getting my money back pronto and ill see you in court Support Team I DELETE YOUR SERVERI DELETE YOUR SERVERI DELETE YOUR SERVERI DELETE YOUR SERVER MacWhinny and who is this? Servers and panels constantly crash, support time can take up to a week to respond. They only seem like a good option for the price. If anything, pay a little extra and get a better host. (Also they post on their twitter boasting about a 9.1 review here and that's just not the case.)

I recently purchased an 8GB server from them for a VERY good price. I messed up and bought the wrong addon, and contacted them about it. I received a response within 4 hours, and got the problem completely resolved. I do not know what the people who also rated this are complaining about, as the maximum time it took for them to respond was 8 hours. That is compleatly acceptable. The minimum time was 30 minutes. Their server quality is good, and their support is good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
