I have never had a bad experience with the company. They always answered my support tickets and my purchases never went to waste. I have recommended this to all of my friends and they all have had the same experience. They are reliable and helpful, their staff is friendly and doesn’t act rude what so ever. All my friends have enjoyed it and still purchase products today. Happily given a 5 star.

Only payed for a month of service and had problems from day one. The server was unable to start more time than it was online and when i asked for a refund they disclosed that they only offer refunds in the first 24 hours of service. These people are scam artists. Dont trust them...

My experience with TheMinecraftHosting had a couple of ups but just enough downs to unbalance the experience to a worse side. At first I had a few issues that were resolved within 1 hour. Then I had no issues at all until they decided to do maintenance which is understandable, but they could have warned their clients in advance. Later on I had another issue that was with the Multicraft being so slow and terrible. I opened a support ticket and got a response in under 20 minutes. They told me to use an FTP software like filezilla to access the server files. That ended up working, for the most part. Now recently, my players have come across an issue with connection. Which I am 50% sure is a hosting issue, I contacted support by opening a ticket and they did not respond till over a day later. They told me there was no current issues with the network or node. They said to me to make sure I am running the correct server version and that I have a premium account if online mode is set to true in the server.properties. I made sure of that by checking the jar files and I already knew I bought Minecraft. This didn't resolve the issue so I rate them 2 stars. I am definitely going to switch hosts soon. The best Minecraft hosting service. Uptime is 100 percent, the support is beyond helpful. I can't ask for anything more, especially when learning to run a remote server. I don't know the name of who i talked to, but they were the most helpful and patient support person i have ever dealt with. For the price, you can't possibly ask for more. Well done guys, i don't think ill be hosting anywhere else in the future.

they are a god awful server, their customer service sucks to no end, they take foooreeeever to reply to you and when they do well you just didn't get help cause they didn't really answer your question so you now have to ask it again and wait another 2+ days or more, anything server related u might as well ask a wall to help you as they don't know jack when it comes to running an mc server service. their customer service reps are the rudest people I have ever come across in a long time. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this provider your stress levels will be through the roof if you go with them.
