Awful customer service, actual servers barely work. I sent out a request to cancel the server I bought because the server wouldn't connect, regardless of whether I restarted my computer/wifi/firewall, regardless of what version I used...So far I've replied to customer service multiple times asking them to cancel what I had bought, in their replies they just demand to know what the issue is - which I have explained, but they won't cancel my subscription or at least tell me how to. An absolute joke, and a waste of money. The servers barely work. Go elsewhere.

El peor hosting de minecraft que he usado.. Primero no me querían dar la ip que ellos ofrecían, tuve que hacer una controversia en paypal por no recibir el servicio de la ip dedicada. Luego de eso me dieron el servicio, sino hago eso, me imagino que no me lo dan porque me cerraban los tickets. También el hosting se echaba a perder en menos de 24 horas y tenía que enviar tickets para que lo arreglaran. Lo arreglaban y se echaba a perder de nuevo, al final se demoraban un monton en responder y el server estaba mas offline que online... He usado muchos hosting de minecraft y este es el peor.

This company is a scam They literally stops my server about every 12 hours and for about 20 hours it does not start, if i open a ticket for help they just answer 20 hours later with the problem is solved ( I payed about 30 euros for 4gb and dedicated ip server 3 months )

They stole me 24 euros... I bought 2 servers from them 1 for 1 month 4gb with dedicated ip and the other for 3 months... they both had a problem since i bought them... somethimes they stop working for a day then they restart... so i opened a paypal ticket to have refound... they answered me that if i didnt close it they would terminate my servers without refound i did it and they terminated my servers...

I really wish I could give them a much lower rating but one will have to do. If I had to guess the positive ratings are either from them or from people that they provide service to in exchange for advertising. I set up a server 2 weeks ago with theminecrafthosting.com. The first week was great then half way through the second week I could no longer connect to the server. I could log in to the console but if I tried to restart the server I got an error. I opened up a ticket explained the situation. several hours later I get a reply "I currently don't see any of those errors sir." 24 hours later nothing else. Then after a couple more notes from me trying to get a response 48 hours later I get a simple "We are trying to fix this issue with Multicraft." At this point it has been 3 days since I was able to access the server I was paying for. It has now bee 2 more days from that last comment I can no longer access the console for the server and has been 5 days of not being able to get on. I log into the ticket system tonight to see if there were any updates and I find that the ticket has been closed. Closed they closed the ticket without resolving it. If you are thinking of using their service PLEASE DON'T. As many have said before me and I am sure many will say after THIS SITE IS A SCAM! They will gladly take your money and then run cut you off. PLEASE, PLEASE Do not use this site.

I used this company to run my minecraft server. I could not access my own server files and sent a ticket to support only to get a response after 36 hours. This was the start of my nightmare. Yes they did sort out that problem but what was to follow is beyond belief. I paid for the server with cash via paypal payment and 1 week later another months payment suddenly came out from my paypal account. I made a dispute and they then suspended my server reason given was one word "PayPal". I contacted paypal and they were just as confused as I was. I am one of the lucky ones, due to the fact that I take a screenshot of type of support and had that as prove. I managed to get one of the payments back but only after paypal got involved. I still had 2 weeks left of the month I had paid and minecrafthosting.com stopped my service because I opened a dispute. A further word of warning to anyone who may be interested in using this company . . . . . DON'T use their LIVE CHAT, it's DEAD.

I have had quite a pleasant experience got a coupon with 60% of so i decided to get a 8GB which cost me 52$. I have had the server for about one month and have only had on hiccup which I had to write a support ticket and I got a response the next day.
