One of the worst hosting companies I've seen. I had an issue with the server that was on their side so I sent a ticket. Despite the fact that they offer live chat which is no where to be seen. I had to way ages in between each response (which never helped as all their responses seemed to be someone asking what the problem is even though I had said the problem about 50 times). Once I decided I had enough of this awful service I asked about a refund. No response. Opened a dispute on paypal and finally got a reply. Took ages trying to talk to them about it as they just constantly tried to delay it. When I finally got my refund they charged me AGAIN. Essentially giving me the money and taking it back to just close the dispute. This company is extremely shady and the worst host I've ever used. Don't be persuaded by their low prices. It's because that's the service you get. Actually, nevermind you don't even get low service. You get nothing.

Do not at all, and I mean at ALL buy a service from these nitwabs of a joke. There scammers and clearly don't know how to manage services and hostings as I had requested a refund before 24 hours and clearly was an error on their end but denied it and surpassed the 24 hour mark denying me from a refund and also denying me of my experience with the hosting service. They clearly try to knot you into staying with them when you clearly don't want to even though you are eligible to request a refund, or cancel your service anytime.

good servers but the support take a while to response

Usually tickets are meant to ask for help or guidance but all of my tickets are caused by the host themselves making terrible mistakes such as shutting down my server without even notifying me (until I had to send them a ticket), disabling an add-on I've purchased along with their power outage earlier this year which had caused my server to dip in players, votes and even income. No offence but try harder, but if you can't, then just shut down your company. I could go more in depth with 20+ of the screw ups but I think the reviews below mine explains everything.

The lag bothers me a lot. I don't have any mods on my server and it still lags. The ticks can run up to 200 ticks per second. Minecraft runs at a normal 20 ticks per second. Their poor processor is probably overloaded I guess

Please do not purchase anything from this so-called "company". I purchased a 1GB server from them because it was really cheap and thought this would be the best and inexpensive way to play with my friends. However, after purchasing the service, I realized that there were other random people on my server. They were all having the same problem and they even said that they purchased different packages than me. This means that what I paid for was not as described. I tried contacting them over and over again to either fix the problem or give me a refund. They stated that they fixed the problem but they did not. I asked for a refund but they were not accepting it and were just trying to get me to keep using their service. I later than reported the problem to PayPal. Luckily, I was able to get my money back from them, however, not everybody was as successful as me, unfortunately. I would definitely recommend staying away from this company. Don't let the prices fool you.

UPDATE: I wish I could give them a 0 star rating! This is a FRAUD! PLEASE do not buy from them. All 5 star reviews from them are FAKE (paid, or otherwise). Any 5 star review of this company is either a fake review the company put up for itself, or a young child who knows no better. My experience with this company was the absolute WORST. You will notice nearly all good reviews are by people from Mexico. These guys just purchase fake reviews locally. I purchased a server on May 18th from them because their prices were ridiculously good. I should have seen it coming, but this was my first time purchasing a server so I knew no better. I bought a 32GB server from them, and it was set up within an hour- which is fantastic. The problems started when my friends and I joined the next day. We had 3 people on the server, and it started to experience lag. It was bearable at first. When we got up to 7-8 people, we just could not stand it. We were experiencing 270 tick delay. Mind you, I purchased a 32GB server with CPU Preference addon that should prioritize my server. I wrote them a letter on May 20th 10 PM CST. I expected a quick response since they boast "Live Support" and "Nearly 24/7 Support" yet they didn't get back to me till the next day. The way they supposedly "fixed" the problem was by decreasing our rendering distance from 10 chunks to 4 chunks. Absolutely ridiculous. We're running a completely vanilla, no mods whatsoever, server. We aren't awfully spread out, certainly not enough to bug us down this badly. They didn't respond afterward to my request. So I sent in a refund request shortly after, to which they did not respond. They soon deleted both my requests and when I asked them why they said they never did such a thing. At this point, I am extremely frustrated. The server is starting to lag with only 2 people on, experiencing 40-170 tick delays. I asked for another refund. I followed up with another request to at least fix our server temporarily. My server then was down from May 25th to June 1st with absolutely no warning, no communication, no help or reassurance. They boast a 99.99% uptime, but my server has been down for 1 week out of the 2 weeks I've owned it. Please do not buy a server from these guys. They are not professionals. Their support ticket responses were laughable: spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, etc... They're simply a bunch of kids running a scam business. edit: I won the PayPal dispute. Thank you, PayPal!

Horrible service provider, so laggy and crashes a lot. If you are looking into getting a server do not choose this service!
