Bought a Rust server and it didn't work. I filed a report on PayPal and they said they would update the Rust Server Control Panel they had and never did. I made a ticket with them and they deleted it. I made a new one and they deleted that one as well. Also i cant file another complaint to PayPal because i already did. Waste of money. Don't trust this terrible website. They need to be stopped.

This is probably the sketchiest company I've ever experienced. I purchased the service because honestly it was cheap and seemed to be okay. If I didn't like it I had 24 hours to try it right? WRONG. The FAQ states that it will give you 24 hours if you don't like it, it will refund your money.....nope. In the Terms and Conditions there is a catch. ONLY IF WE CAN'T FIX YOUR PROBLEM. Excuse me? What do you mean only if we can't fix your problem? That is not a good practice man. Now I can't get into Multicraft because something is wrong. The ONLY way to upload your server is using a client through FileZilla which isn't listed. It's a big joke. Instead of working with me they kept forcing me to use their service. I'm extremely disappointed in this company and overall people. I tried going through PayPal to refund my money but because I was misled by the Terms, Paypal sided with them. OH! Also they suspend me from time to time. Which is awesome let me tell you. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE! PLEASE!

I see a big split in reviews, but my experience has been good. All replies and actions taken on my open tickets.

This is my first experience with server hosting. While the support isn't the fastest (usually took about 12 hours), they always were very accommodating. Additionally, the server (6GB) ran very well with over 200 mods. If I ever host a server again I will be back here.

Support is non-responsive and I have to restart my server once a day to keep it running. Their mobile/pe servers do NOT support Bedrock so you're stuck with having to use mods to have mobs spawn and there is no redstone support. I've had a ticket it for over 2 months and it's not just getting closed after a few days of them not responding at all. You're better off self-hosting than going with them.

Probably not as bad as everyone says! It's not a scam, because i translated the website and I got paid. It's pretty good, don't listen to the trolls who just don't know what to do.
