I will be the first person to admit that the thought of giving my money to a stranger that I met on the internet is intimidating. However, I had spent the last 15 years of my life trying things that did not work. I tried: solving the problem on my own; 12 step groups; church groups; psychotherapy; ect.. While all had nuggets that were helpful, my improvement was miniscule. The Mindful Habit program was different. It taught me that the solution to my problem was running towards my values, self-care, balance, and the life I wanted. I realized that only running away from my problem was not working, and now, for the first time in my life, I feel empowered instead of powerless. The world needs this program. It is different, in the absolute right kind of way.

I had an incredibly transformational experience from the short term immersion I had here with Craig. But the awakening I had in that experience hasn't just been a one time thing - I've received incredible ongoing coaching that has helped install the new awareness for permanent change in my life. I'm deeply grateful to have found this, it has changed my life forever.

This program was awesome! My life was out of control with porn and sex addiction. I was skeptical at the beginning of the course as to whether it was actually going to work. You have to put the work in to make it happen, but if you really want results it will work for you. I worked with Coach Billy and completed the program, and for the first time in my life I feel that I have control over myself and my life. A big thanks to Coach Billy!!

The Mindful Habit is not easy. The Mindful Habit is not something you can just throw your money at and reach a solution with instantaneously. Craig Perra's program demands self discipline, self awareness and ultimately self sacrifice. The curriculum asks you to ask yourself for things you might honestly believe you are not capable of producing and creating. As one of Craig's clients I will admit that he has made me cry like a baby, swear like a sailor, rage like an animal trapped in a cage, and hide in shame like a child who has defied his mother and father. Craig asks you to grapple with your very humanity. He doesn't sugar coat the truth and at times has even come across as egotistical and condescending to me. The sad, angry boy victim inside of me does not like him to say the least. But the man I am rediscovering inside myself looks up to him like a father. Craig is not perfect. Craig does not pretend to be perfect. He will both tear you down and raise you up with the truth. It's up to you whether you let it enrage you, or set you free.

I am a member of the program since march this year. As a 35 year old man who struggles 20 years with compulsive behaviour with porn I looked all over the internet to find something valuable that could solve my problem. It was quite hard to find something that deeply connected with my lost soul. I discovered the system at youtube with videos of Craig Perra. He explains the principle of feeding te right wolf. This was an eyeopener and I wanted to know more about this. He offers a free one on one call. What I've noticed here was his huge empathy to me as an unknown person and his immediate vulnerabilty in our call. Here we got strong connected and I became a member. Without any regret. The thing is that I already was a member of the High performance Academy of Brendon Burchard and that helps me a lot in more aspects of my life. But it has not got the deep, confrontational and useful insights that connect with the core of my soul and my identity! I am seeing improvement in my compulsive habits in porn and in general. There are 4 accountability calls with the 3 certified coaches per week. That helps me also in my new journey to freedom. Without any doubt, I highly recommend this program to anyone who has the same struggles as I have! Good luck to everybody! Richard

I grew up in Saudi Arabia with a very conservative background and had a bad child abuse, this leads to be a porn addict. Now I'm almost a doctor, got my training first in France and now in Canada, having a good life. I was very hesitant to participate in the program and even at the beginning of my coaching with Craig, I didn't understand why he asks me to do this or that and honestly I was thinking a lot to just leave the program, no actually I left the program for few weeks but could not because the tools he was giving to me was so useful in life, not only as a porn addict or drug addict..etc and you'll learn this as you go through the full coaching, you can't quit at the middle and it was a bad idea when I quit, there is a point when Craig asks you to do something during coaching with him, just do it. I actually stopped watching porn at the middle of my coaching with him, just like that, and never feel that I want to watch, it's been now 2 years and half since I had my coaching with Craig. After you finish the full coaching you'll notice the difference in each aspect of your life, you should be fully committed to the program to get great result and remember to not forget the tools, don't forget what Craig told you, make them a habit, otherwise, you might need Craig again but Craig is always available offering his help even years after you finish coaching with him.

I hired Coach Craig Perra back in March and as I write this July 4 2016, I can say my life had been transformed in a very positive direction as a direct result of The Mindful Habit. I took a leap of faith enrolling in Coach Craig's program given the monetary investment being I am far from wealthy. However the value and results I have obtained from the program have far exceeded any expectations and are worth every penny spent. I had previously been around 12 step programs for drugs, alcohol, and sex and porn addictions. Moreover, I have throughout my life also been involved with various psychotherapy programs. Coach Craig took me to another level of growth and transformation that no 12 step meeting or therapist ever took me. First of all, Coach Craig created a safe nurturing space for me to share many of my intimate emotional wounds. This was important because as a man who has been in the depths of addiction and the misery caused by it, the therapeutic value of having Coach Craig's listening ear and feedback was priceless. Coach Craig has a gift for wise insight through his many years of battling his own inner demons and helping other men with theirs. I felt initially from our first session Coach Craig was authentic. He's been there himself. One aspect that I think that separates Coach Craig from any prior type of therapy I have seen is his emphasis on results. Coach Craig guided me with specific techniques that I utilized for my personal development and happiness. The Mindful Habit is all about results but Coach Craig keeps it simple. The work that Coach Craig encourages us to do each week on our own between coaching sessions is simple and attainable. This was especially crucial in my experience give I have a full time job and a busy life. I cannot recommend Coach Craig and his Mindful Habit program enough. Just after 10 weeks of having enrolled in The Mindful Habit, I have significantly elevated my career status, become healthier, and happier. In fact friends of mine have even commented to me how much more calm and peaceful I seem and how good I look. Moreover, I have a whole new outlook on sexuality as a direct result of The Mindful Habit. Coach Craig encourages a healthy attitude towards sexuality as opposed to a shame based religiosity view of sex that I found in 12 step sexual recovery programs. That was liberating for me in itself. I no longer feel shackled by my the addictive cycle thanks to Coach Craig.
