My first call with Craig was when I was at my lowest point -crying, ashamed about the things I'd done and depressed that my relationship was falling apart. He was professional, understanding, empathetic, and most of all -gave me hope that it wasn't all over. He was always understanding and accepting of my words, and was extremely flexible with in person and phone appointments, we even did some on skype. I've signed up for the one-on-one coaching program from The Mindful Habit two months ago. I didn't think too much whether I really need the one-on-one program as I wasn't expecting a big change after years of repetitive experiences of disappointment about the perspective of changing my behaviours, but I had to do something different to expect different results. So I've been doing the exercises and the assignments. It's the key thing - the actions you take towards your goals, because you may often feel enthusiastic and motivated, maybe after hearing a motivational speech, but that's only the starting ground, as you have to make sure you approach that blissful day of achievement step by step. After two months I really feel these exercises changed my days - now I feel free, because of the perspective that some of the possibilities I find in my mind might become reality, and not be hindered at the starting point by the habits that lock me in a cage of the same repeating days, the same choices, the same actions and the same thoughts. The program really helps... and it goes way deeper than stopping your compulsive sexual behaviour. I found I can apply the acquired techniques to other habits, like hours of facebook staring sessions and compulsive tendency to buy new things. It's the mindfulness practice that provides you with the ability to focus on what's important for you. I worked with Coleman and I really enjoyed his guidance. I've been through therapy before and I can tell that The Mindful Habit approach is different. The coaches have struggled themselves with the addiction, so they find meaningful their activity because they know themselves how it is to feel you get a new start and a new perspective on the future, and they want to share this experience. I think they have a huge chance of success. I would totally recommend this program, it is worth the effort, give it a try! :)

When I found the Mindful habit I was in the worst place I have ever been in my life mentally. My wife was was giving up on me and she was going to leave with my kids. Being a man who loves his family more than anything, it felt like too much to bare. I was devastated. My wife couldn't believe that a man would ever make these decisions to be so unfaithful if he really cared for her. Craig was one on one, man to man immediately after I called him. He understood EXACTLY what I was dealing with mentally. Craig helped me understand right away who I was and how I got here. I learned fast how to truly be mindful, process thoughts differently, take action, and most of all, create a better life! Three months after starting the Mindful habit, have truly created "A better life", and my wife and I are in a better place than I could have ever imagined.

This is a great program, but you have to follow it exactly or it won’t work. I know because it was working for me but as soon as I got lax and stopped being consistent I relapsed and had to start over. So you must stick wit it to be successful.
