This is a very pragmatic and driven process but it is definitely founded on core principles that will help anyone reform unwanted behaviour, and understand it. It’s delivered with a masculine tone, which is perhaps both good or bad depending on your perspective, but it definitely identifies with male gender issues. Craig P and all the coaches do a great job of facilitation and the group calls are very therapeutic in learning how others share common issues and concerns. I recommend the program!

I joined only recently, & have not completed the program as of yet, but so far I am fully satisfied that The Mindful Habit is "on the level" & dedicated to providing the service that they are promoting to the best of their abilities.

A great resource and service for a specific segment for those seeking a non-cookie cutter program. Craig and his group of coaches are very motivated, empathetic and available to those in need.

The Mindful Habit offered some great ideas to help people self treat themselves. The cost is fairly high and many that need the help have lost spouses or jobs and this is another expense. I would recommend them to others if they need the assistance.

Craig has been not only a great life coach but a very good friend throughout a very difficult time in my life. Craig was someone who could truly relate to me and someone I could relate to as well. From the first meeting with Craig I felt he understood my situation and pain. My personal situation is rather unique and very challenging and constantly forces Craig to think outside the box. I've come to understand many things about myself with Craig's help. I'm still working with him and am optimistic that I'll get where I need to be with his continued help, support and guidance. He is passionate about his work and truly wants to help.

My programme was interrupted half way through with a change of Coach which was very disruptive and raised questions about the overall integrity of the course. Coach Adrian had to pick up the pieces and I found him extremely helpful and within a couple of weeks we had managed to find a rapport. One week in particular stands out where he showed real commitment and empathy. A regret is that I was unable to work with him from the start. One criticism is it felt as if there should have been one more week at the end of the programme. A lot was packed into the penultimate session and I feel I would have benefited from some extra time.

Very exceptional life coaching program. Accessible and approachable for all levels of crises, regardless of depth. Robust ancillary staff and programs for further development and maintenance. Niggling issues involve periodic misremembering of client's position in program, and use of nonduplex speakerphone rendering 2-way conversation impossible.
