Just disappointed
2.5 stars.. I believe a signature should have been required or at least offered as my order wasn’t received by the recipient. After they sent the roses, they refunded me for the gift box due to being out of stock but I wouldn’t have ordered this if I knew that. ( The alternative box they sent looked small for $350+ worth of roses) I don’t want a replacement bc the moment is over. I’ve asked million roses to send the recipient a notice email to see if they knew about the package, but they didn’t want to. I would honestly change this bad review for a solution, thanks.
