Good morning I would never used million roses my experience was very bad I was lie to when purchasing it said I would recieve the flowers before Mother’s Day the date I got was May 10 th was so hype to give this to my mother but all now still didn’t get it so no thank you will try a different company

The roses looked faked, and they don't smell nice. I ordered around 35 Lavendar roses. Received them in 4 business days. When they arrived, they smelled like vinegar.

I wish I could give 0 stars!! Not only did my daughter not receive the gift, but your company has done NOTHING to help me get this corrected. I don’t know who is to blame, whether it’s yall or UPS, but when your “WILL NOT HELP desk” keeps telling me that I have to do this or that and they can’t help me, but it’s your company who sent it out, that’s a F’ing problem!! My only child turns 18 & graduates within 24 hours and now she gets nothing except a cashapp transaction, so I hope this company plummets! I will never do business with you, again!

My item arrived damaged. It was a Mother’s Day gift for my wife and they looked horrible. After she found out how much they cost, she was very upset and disappointed as we have ordered from them before and never had a problem. I tried emailing them to get this right and did not get a response. Will not be ordering from them again.

Paid almost $1K for an arrangement that arrived damaged. For the price levels you would expect better packaging that protects the arrangement better. I sent an email with pictures and everything they ask for, and received no response at all. Disappointed.
