The Million RosesReviews of themillionroses.com

The roses were beautiful and packaging for shipping was excellent. However the heart shaped presentation box looked alittle dilapidated and cheap for the very steep price. I just overall feel like your product is over priced even at the lower price I got for choosing a color of roses you must have been trying to get rid off I paid approximately $300 and felt like $150 would be a more fair price for what i recieved. The regular price for the 10" heart shaped box was around $425 which is just ridiculous.

I loved the roses, the only complaint was that the package arrived upside down and the roses were a little smashed. I should have taken photos but did not occur to me. I fixed them as best I could and took then personally to the person intended for. I strongly suggested to mark the box with a sign that reads “THIS SIDE UP”, so the package handlers know, and the roses dont get smashed. Aside from that I think it is a really lovely gift.

I asked for a card to be added . It wasn’t . No tracking updates . Very expensive service needs to match price point .

Product was solid. I was supposed to get free shipping from a promotion. There was no option for free shipping .. so I had to pay for FedEx. I feel like I was tricked. Will not be using them in the future

I e-mailed the company and let them know the top arrived a little damaged. Box was to small, top of flowers were a black.

I ordered one of there inexpensive arraignments for my wife's birthday and this very small box arrives. I was so embarrassed that I went and purchased standard flowers. When I gave them to my wife she was disappointed. My live flowers got me out of the dog house. The company did not do anything wrong, but the photos are deceptive. The inexpensive arraignments are extremely small.
