The Million RosesReviews of themillionroses.com

I ordered BASIC MINT GREEN SUEDE SUPERDOME BOX | LIGHT PINK ROSES for my wife. The order arrived with 3 roses out of its “socket.” The greeting message that I typed out was not included. I contacted customer service by email but no one has contacted me. This was not worth the $400 I payed for. I do not recommend these expensive roses!

Still waiting on my delivery. Now been told its going to be another 4 days late.

It was two days late in delivery

The flowers were beautiful color-wise however the presentation needs work. The box had creases and the roses had chips / flaws on the petals. Certainly not representative of the $300 I paid.

It didn’t arrive on time

The color of the roses was not what I ordered. If what was sent was “dark” purple then the website was not properly reflecting the actual colors. Overall, the arrangement was nice but I was disappointed in the color.

I have been patronizing this business for the past five years. I have made six purchases within the past three months alone. I like to send the fllowers whem as a symbol of my condolences when a loved one passes. For one of the orders, the flowers were a very faded color (,they were suppose to be lavender- I could not believe they would send out flowers of such poor color quality!). For ALL of the orders, no message card has been enclosed, even though I have prepared a message online. The receiver has no idea I sent them flowers. When you send an expensive and elaborate gift, it is an insult to not have a message card enclosed. I would be waiting for a "Thank You" from the receiver, and eventually call to be be sure the flowers were actually received , and then find out they did not know I sent them. Importantly, the flowers also never have any scent. I have repeatedly told customer service about these issues and no change or improvement has happened. I just do not understand it- these are simple and basic requests. Not to mention, with pretty much every purchase the price has almost trippled within the past six months. As a consequence, I have been looking for another vendor with a similar product. I am tired of informing management- it has not made any difference. It seems pretty ridiculous and the company obviously does not care and my loyalty is clearly not appreciated.

Not a good quality
