I was not impressed, the color of the roses was kinda weak! It was not a strong purple like in the picture!

No one is helpful on the phone

I order flowers to a friend. They wasn’t delivered , no calls were received.I got a message that flowers are waiting at pickup location. My friend come there but that office is permanently closed. Support keeps sending me old tracking # and refusing to help . So I just lost $140

Shipping did not arrive on time it was suppose to. Paid extra for shipping for them to arrive on certain day.

the flowers did not smell at all and ; I made a phone call to see if the order can be replaced or if they will accept the return. Everything was denied ! so I will make sure that nobody I know will purchase from that place
