I have been a Million Roses customer for now over a year and you guys have been awesome!!! However on this last order the ball was dropped badly!!! I wrote a personal note to my wife that usually comes in a very cute envelope on the side of the box with the roses, BUT NOT THIS TIME, no envelope, no personalized note, nothing… just the roses, which on a positive note they were beautiful as usual! But sad that my note for my wife was never included on the box this time.

Some of the roses were squashed specially the ones on top. Some roses at the bottom came off from the stem and were sitting on the side.

The idea for the roses was capturing but the product was not up to expectation. The roses were overly sprayed and the box came as if it was kicked around. Many flowers were squashed together. For the price paid the presentation should have been better as it looked very rushed. Not happy....

Very unsatisfactory product Could have gotten a nicer arrangement from local grocery store for a third of the price

The roses came loose without being attached to the acrylic box. It look messy when I opened it. Need to be more careful when shipping these expensive gifts.

The rose was smashed by the lid of the box.

Ordered for my wife for Valentine's Day and they were not received. Looks like they will be delivered on Monday rather than the requested delivery date. For the cost, they should have been sent air or priority to ensure delivery as requested - especially for Valentine's. Very disappointing.

Some of the flowers came smashed, woulda been okay with it but it was the ones in front so the presentation was not what I expected but still nice just wish it woulda been taken care of better
