This was my second time ordering. The first time was great, which is why I decided to order again. Unfortunately, this time was a big disappointment. I sent flowers to my girlfriend in Atlanta from Virginia, and when she sent me a picture, one side of the arrangement was damaged and looked completely dry. I really wasn’t expecting that kind of quality. Very disappointed.

The first bouquet of roses that were sent to my boyfriend‘s mother were not in a good condition. They looked old and wrinkled. Then they sent a replacement and that looked worse than the ones that I first ordered! I’m still awaiting an answer from their customer service regarding this issue. This is very frustrating because she has waited for these flowers for a long time. It’s also very disappointing!

I was excited to order for my new love a million roses bouquet as I had ordered from them previously and had a good experience from ordering to my recipients pleasure receiving them. Not this time. Shipping process caused the top roses to be smashed. Worse I made a claim sending photos the very day my sweetheart received the poor quality flowers. For the cost I expected better. I won’t be returning. Their customer service is awful.

It's has yet to be delivered it was supposed to be delivered almost 2 weeks ago it sat in Los Angeles forever. ups said it would be delivered today between 3 pm and 5 pm CST and it has yet to be delivered. If there is anything wrong with them I want my money back

Hello, My flowers were damaged upon arrival . The left side of the flowers were smashed and dirty, please see attachments.

White Roses came with literal dirt on top, Red roses were decaying already and falling apart. I spent over $1000 and these aren’t the quality I expected.

This is the 3rd time I ordered from this company. First 3 times were excellent and that’s why I am so surprised I had so much trouble with this last order. I paid for 2’day shipping and the order didn’t arrive for 6 days. This is totally unacceptable. Yes I was refunded my shipping costs and then given an$50 gift certificate. To me that would have been acceptable if it was a day late which is what I was told would be the case when the flowers didn’t arrive on time. But then it just kept updating to the next day each day later it was avenging it arrived on Friday when it was supposed to arrive on Tuesday. Initially the response to my messages was quick and helpful but as the days kept going and the flowers still didn’t arrive I stopped receiving any updates or anyone to try to fix the issue. After this experience I am very hesitant to order from this company again.

Horrible customer service. Delivery date not met and made me miss the entire reason I ordered them.
