My box came wet , due to heavy rain. Which damage the box and left me with flowers that bled everywhere.

Sent a review of my purchase t ok the email listed. Its been almost 1 week and i haven'treceived a call or a respond. The flowers received looked squeezed in and the product was in the package in sideways. For the amount of money paid...really did nit meet my expectations .

one of the flowers was damaged I wrote 2 emails and called multiple times no one answered or addressed my issue.

Be more responsive and ask to double confirm address and payment method before taking payment as I’ve not received my product and I’ve now wasted £113

The shipment did not get delivered by ups. UPS notified me that there was a problem with the delivery address. I have been on the phone off and on with ups for 2 days and they keep telling me that only the company can make changes. I have sent an email to the help address and have tried calling the number provided. No one answers the phone they only text and they keep telling me ups needs to take care of the matter. The product is wonderful as I have received a delivery and love it but the customer experience is just awful! The fact that you can’t talk to anyone is just wrong especially for the cost of the product.

Paid for expedited shipment, package was give to carrier after the cutoff so it was delayed

The Roses arrived lying flat in the box improperly packaged. The roses are smashed and broken, not appealing at all and look cheap now. We’ve contacted customer service twice now and they won’t respond. Very disappointed this time

I regret this purchase. The roses have no smell at all. The container is cheap and disappointing. I would prefer to return this product. It’s not at all as advertised.
