The company is a scam. Paid 500 pounds for valentines flowers for my wife and they never arrived. I even paid premium delivery charge to make sure they arrive on time. The company does not even reply to emails and phone calls. I contacted my bank to dispute the transaction.

AVOID paid for a Valentine’s Day gift including £15 for express delivery and they have not arrived. No response from emails. DO NOT USE

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, they delete your comments on their social media. Ignore your messages and their telephone number does not work. I was promised Guaranteed Delivery for Valentine's Day, and no flowers for my Fiance today. This company is a scam!

These people have the ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY SERVICES!!! I paid for an order almost two weeks in advance to be delivered on valentines day. I contacted them over a week in advance to have the delivery address changed only to be contacted 2 days before valentine day and told I could not change the delivery address. Knowing this is a valentines day delivery they send to a location where no one is there to recieve the gift, so guess what know. Gift ia not recieved on valentines day. Totally defeats the purpose please send my money back.

I bought flowers last week 2/3/23 and were suppose to arrive on the 2/10/23 it came to the day and nothing my package was marked as delivered and it wasn’t there I have a ring doorbell and no one ever came up to my front door to the leave my package I try getting in contact with them and all they ask me for a claim number which I can’t provide because I wasn’t given none and they later tell if I want a replacement and or a refund and after that they stop replying and don’t reply to any of my text I’m so annoyed on trying to contact them and the issue not being solved. Scammed of $50 honestly

My bf ordered me 200 roses and he paid extra to be delivered on Valentine’s Day they have not come and UPS are saying they haven’t received them we want our money back I contacted million roses on Instagram no help what so ever my bf will be contacting his bank awful service! They also blocked me on Instagram which I found so unprofessional plz be very wary I think this is a fraudulent company

So far no sign of valentines roses order paid for express delivery and nothing called number 55 times each time they hang up will be requesting refund from credit card
