Ordered from them 2 times (should have learned my lesson after the 1st time). Each time was well in advance of my need. Put in a requested due date and they missed both times. Contacted their customer service and each time they blame UPS. Why don't you ship sooner? If it's important don't count on The Million Roses

My order turned up dirty, squashed and smashed. Packing is terrible for what you pay, Amateur and unprofessional customer service that won’t give me my money back. I do no trust this company at all. Quality of the product not worth or even if it arrived in the correct condition. Will be claiming my money back through my credit card and posting this true experience for the world to see. I had a problem with an order I did almost a month ago which never arrived even tho i bought the insurance for the package. In this month i never received help by costumer service which wasnt replying me ether from emails, whatsapp or even instagram. I would suggest to avoid this company and try someone else. Just a wasted of money and time

I ordered a bouquet of roses for Mother’s Day (which was not cheap) a month before the holiday. I was taking into account the busy holiday for Flower companies and this was my first purchase. Not only did the Flowers not arrive in time for Mother’s Day they arrived damaged. I have tried multiple times to reach out to the company and received no answer except through text messages. This is unacceptable on so many levels from a business standpoint. Please take care when ordering from this company. I will not shop here again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID I just lost £150 :( they are the worst people and company. They are using the loophole not to refund you. They saying “basically we your delivery stuck at the port, if you want we will give you store credit or you have to return it to us which we will provide you a label” Basically its never going to arrive. And the tracking they provide will never work

Always always read trustpilot or bbb before ordering from a company. they had ads on instagram that i saw and it looked convincing which is sad because they have an attractive female talking about the ad and its so misleading. horrible experience trying to get a refund and horrible experience getting a hold of customer service/ talking to customer service/ dragged any sort of possible communication

You will be waiting a million years for your flowers to arrive. I am still waiting for my flowers. They do not respond to messages and simply do not care. It will be a miracle if they arrive or if I get a refund.
