Delivery was due on or before Dec 13 but still has not arrived, very disappointed!! Was for a special birthday!

i’m leaving one star because I have to to make this review. I just spent $200 for roses for my wife for Christmas and I suggest you save your money one the roses come in a box that you can’t even get them out of two I have reached out to this company numerous times for a refund and was told that they don’t offer refunds. I would suggest you save your money and buy your roses elsewhere. Also, I would love to send a picture of how I receive them for $200 plus shipping cost. This is ridiculous. I would shop elsewhere.

Ho ordinato le rose per sabato dopo qualche mail per farmi stare buono . Non sono state consegnate la persona non si trova più in clinica ho scritto ma nessuno ha risposto dalle recensioni indubbiamente è una truffa. Provvederò con denuncia a banche e polizia postale

They are scam. Don’t buy it from them

I bought my wife an anniversary present from The Million Roses. My order included a specific delivery date, and the company delivered the present two days early and this ruined my wife's surprise. Not only that, but the box was smashed when it showed up. It is obvious this company doesn't know how to package or delivery securely, which is critical for the type of product they sell. I reached out to support (Briana from The Million Roses) and it was literally worse than talking with a generic chat bot. I asked a basic question (where could I leave a review) and Briana sent a canned response. Wouldn't recommend this company if my life depended on it because the value is terrible.

Schlecht Schlecht Schlecht. Bieten Express Versand inkl Wunschzustellung am Samstag an, kassieren ab und schieben es dann auf den Versanddienstleister, dabei liefert dieser gar nicht am Wochenende aus. Hat eine Woche dann am Ende gedauert und Express gekostet (50€)

This is horrible, you are a horrible business I am appalled by the lack of support, help and service. I ordered my gf flowers very early (Jan 2nd) so that there was no way they would be late. You are a company who distribute worldwide how do you forget to add importance documents. My order was meant to come 14th Feb lol what a joke you are! my gf was so upset she didn’t get no flowers. EVEN NOW THEY ARE NOT HERE YET. I paid good money even delivery. You are running your business like a scam company. I have had no apologies, no compensation nothing my order is still not here who knows where, who knows what conditions it will be in cause I have no faith in your trash company. I will also write a review not that you care. Where is my order when will it come?
