Package was delivered at wrong address, even though I had entered in the correct address and I was told to have the individual that the gift was sent to reach out to their neighbors to see if it could be located or to open up a dispute with the carrier. This is not the service that I expect for such an expensive and nice gift. Would not recommend.

Missing delivery

Ordering from this company was a nightmare! I would not recommend at all. First the phone that is to be associated with your account is right next to the send to person's information, so they will get a text about the order. Next they kept cancelling the order with no explanation and getting a hold of anyone was insanely difficult. Then I was told that their sistem was automated and very capable of fraud. I called my CC and I was told they had nothing to do with it and had indeed allowed the transaction to go through. After I used a different credit card the order went through but the delivery date was outside what I needed. I asked if it could be upgraded and they said no and canceled the order one more time. At this point I don't even know why I bothered trying again. The recipient was happy with the delivery in the end but the entire process and way to do business is incredibly difficult. Almost like they didn't want the order.

Ordered flowers to have before New Years Eve… Still haven’t received them…

Horrible el arreglo, las flores marchitas, el color no es el mismo, no respetaron la fecha, todo pésimo, no lo volvería a adquirir, ni a recomendar.

Premièrement La commande n'a pas été livrée en main propre et deuxièmement elle a été remis à un point de relais et ceci 3 jours après la date convenue. Jusqu'à présent je ne sais même pas si les fleurs commandées seront encore en bon état ou en vie. Dans le cas contraire je vais exiger un remboursement. Bien vouloir contacter UPS et demander les raisons de cette déconvenue.

I placed my order for a special event over 3 weeks in advance to insure accurate delivery on my desired date which was scheduled and confirmed. It was not delivered till 3 days after my event. Even worse I could not reach customer service by phone and they did not respond to multiple email inquiries I sent till a week later and still gave me the run around. This was my first order with them and will be my last. Very unprofessional.

I still haven’t received the delivery - please could I have a refund.
