The delivery has been awful. Still shows as “in transit”. I sent an email to the help/customer service and after 5 days I have not heard back, also called the customer service line and says all representatives are busy. Impossible to get ahold of anyone and not responsive at all. Would not recommend.

I asked to cancel the order after 5 minutes of placing it, they refused.

Ordered the flower for special occasion, it had never shown up, emailed them with no reply, called them and it’s a faulty number. They replied finally after 4 days with no apology.

However, I’ve encountered some challenges with your exchange process that I hope can be resolved. When I initially reached out for an exchange, the process felt frustrating and impersonal. The request for pictures, while understandable, left me feeling as though my concerns weren’t trusted. After providing the requested images, the two options presented to me weren’t satisfactory. I then requested a return and a packing slip to proceed with the return process. Instead of a packing slip, I received another canned email repeating the same two options. As a returning customer who values your beautiful products, I would appreciate your support in making this process smoother. Flowers did not get delivered the day I requested for my significant other’s birthday

I know it's because of the weather conditions, but my order has yet to be delivered (supposed to be delivered on Friday). So, it is kind of mind-boggling that you ask me about my order that has not even arrived at its destination.

I can’t tell if it was an error on their part or the carrier but I needed these delivered on a certain day for a birthday and 6 days later, it still hasn’t shown up. They were responsive to emails at first but as of right now, it remains unresolved. I just want a refund at this point (not store credit!).

Package came late, roses are falling apart. Complete ripoff considering they were over £100. Smells horrible. Will not be purchasing from them again.
